  • Hosting Services: Refunds for hosting services are available within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain Renewal Fees: Once a domain has been renewed, the renewal fee is non-refundable.
  • Add-On Services: Fees for add-on services such as SSL certificates, privacy protection, and additional storage are non-refundable.
  • Customization Services: Fees for custom design, development, or consulting services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hosting services at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you cancel within the refund period, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in this policy. If you cancel after the refund period has expired, no refund will be issued.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated, and you may be subject to additional fees.
